What this site collects

Standard analytics through Google Analytics 4: pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived. Analytics uses cookies. This marketing site is not intended to collect patient records or card details. Do not submit patient information through demo requests or booking messages.

What you give us on purpose

If you request a demo, we receive the email address, practice state, and current software you enter. We use it to respond, arrange the demonstration and follow up about that request. Service providers process the request to support hosting, scheduling and delivery. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with third parties for their marketing, or add it to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Booking a demonstration

The booking link opens Google Calendar. Information you enter there is processed by Google under its privacy terms and shared with us to schedule your meeting. Please provide business contact information only.

Business text messaging

If you expressly agree to receive texts from Cervica EHR LLC, we use your mobile number and consent record to send the demo scheduling or software support messages you request. Message frequency varies with your requests. We do not use this program for unsolicited marketing. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to operate and deliver the messaging service.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Please do not text patient information, passwords, or payment-card details. See our SMS terms. We retain messaging and consent records as needed to provide support, honor opt-outs, and meet legal obligations; privacy requests can be sent to legal@cervicaehr.com.

Application data and customer agreements

The Cervica application at app.cervicaehr.com, where practices manage patient records, is separate from this marketing site. This policy does not describe the handling of patient records in the application. Review our customer agreement process to request subscription terms, application privacy information and a BAA before entering patient information.

Your choices

Block cookies in your browser and the site works fine. To have a demo request deleted, reply to any email we sent you and say so; we will review and respond to your request, including any records we need to retain for legal or operational reasons.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
